Albizzia

2024 was quite mixed. The winter period was characterised by mild temperatures and below-average precipitation. Spring, on the other hand, brought rain showers, which were unevenly distributed but capable of providing good water reserves to face the hot summer. Starting in July, the intense heat and lack of rain accelerated the growth of the bunches. Ripening took place slowly and gradually, and the rain resumed between the end of August and the beginning of September.

Wine Variety: Chardonnay
Alcohol content: 12%
Maturation: in steel

Organoleptic Notes: Albizzia 2024 has a delicate straw yellow colour. It caresses the nose with floral notes of acacia, as well as hints of fresh fruit reminiscent of apple, pear and citrus. The balsamic nuances, accompanied by hints of aromatic herbs, are also delightful. On the palate, the acid/alcohol balance is particularly pleasing, accompanied by a lovely savoury edge and a wonderful interplay of flavour and aroma.
Wine pairing: Excellent as an apéritif, it goes well with delicately flavoured cured meats such as sweet ham. Perfect with pasta tossed with vegetables or lightly flavoured fish.
Available formats: 0.75 L
